The JDMIS is open to many forms of official and unofficial communication from its students, all of which are outlined below...
Official communication channelsThe only official channels for communications with the JDMIS are by registered postal mail, traceable local or international courier or in-person delivery. The JDMIS cannot guarantee attention to other forms of communication due to the imperfect transmission mechanisms and lack of adequate/authoritative receipt verification. Acceptable methods of unofficial communicationFor the convenience of our students and faculty, the JDMIS maintains a number of centralized communication points that are monitored at least once per day. Please remember that these channels are non official – if you do not receive a response to your communication you should verify with the school that it was received. Telephone, Fax and SMSThe JDMIS Central telephone line is +65 6221 5253 – this line is active during the schools operating hours. Urgent student communication requests may also be made to this number.
