Over 4 hours, learn the techniques used by jewellers to work with high-end, good quality materials such as Pearls and Natural Gemstones, working with the tools of the trade to produce elegant, professionally finished designs!

 

Specific to high-end, good quality materials such as Pearls and Natural Gems this technique is used by Jewellers primarily for Cultured Pearls, South Sea, Freshwater and Japanese Akoya.
This short course is a module of the JDMIS Foundation Certificate in Jewellery Fabrication using Thread and Wire. For information about how this course fits into a complete jewellery education, visit our Continuing Education Roadmap
